MIAMI (Fox 32 News) - Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo met with survivors of the massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School and donated money to fund to help the families before a game with the Marlins.

Ben Wikander, 17, was shot in the arm and is still recovering. Others present included Arielle Feis, daughter of coach Aaron Feis; Corey Hixon, son of athletic director Chris Hixon; and Jesse Guttenberg, brother of student Jamie Guttenberg.

Rizzo, the Marlins, and Fanatics presented a check for $305,000 to the National Compassion Fund, with 100% of funds going directly to all victims and their families in the tragedy at Stoneman Douglas High School. 
 
Rizzo is a graduate of Stoneman Douglas.
